About the Role

This is a part-time position with flexible US Hours' Shift, offering the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and drive efficiency in client services.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and assisting clients with their needs.

We are seeking an individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent spoken and written English communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on developing service strategies to meet client expectations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and prepare client reports and maintain accurate records.

We value candidates who can stay updated with industry trends to enhance client service strategies and support business development initiatives by identifying client needs.

We are looking for someone with leadership qualities demonstrated through extra-curricular activities and a proactive learner with the ability to adapt to industry changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A 4-Year Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
