Product Management Professional

This role is crucial to shaping, refining and managing telecom infrastructure offerings including passive tower assets and value-added services in a dynamic market.

The incumbent will drive key product initiatives that support growth in tenancy, digital enablement, and adjacent solutions such as energy and enterprise connectivity.

This is an individual contributor role with cross-functional engagement but no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for tower colocation, power solutions, and infrastructure add-ons
  • Contribute to the development of new service lines (e.g., power-as-a-service, rooftop hosting)
  • Identify opportunities to monetize underutilized tower assets or develop new business models for non-MNO tenants
  • Support the creation of pricing strategies, cost models, and business cases tailored to the telecom landscape
  • Track product performance using metrics like tenancy ratio, site-level profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation (fact sheets, T&Cs, SLAs, etc.) to support commercial and legal processes
  • Gather insights from tenants (including MNOs and ISPs), industry trends, and competitors to refine the product strategy
  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams to capture client feedback and translate it into product features
  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Legal to enable smooth product roll-outs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus)
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or technology product management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and pricing analysis
  • Familiarity with infrastructure business models (build-to-suit, colocation, energy services, etc.)
  • Good understanding of telecom regulatory and market environment
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed or semi-structured organizational environment
