**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the design, implementation, and operations of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 24/7 operations of our IP Contact Center and IT Service Desk, as well as overseeing enterprise database and system operations. They will also be responsible for developing and enforcing compliance frameworks, IT policies, procedures, and regulatory controls across all technology domains.

In addition, the selected candidate will conduct IT security audits, risk assessments, and implement advanced security solutions to mitigate evolving cyber threats. They will also drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning to ensure resilience of critical systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership and a bachelor's degree with relevant experience. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
