Pharmacy Technicians play a vital role in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing store inventory under Pharmacist supervision, monitoring bulk stock, and issuing goods according to the First Expiry First Out (FEFO) method.

Job Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of goods received and issued for store records.
  • Assist pharmacists with regular stock audits and provide support to Pharmacy Assistants as needed.
  • Coordinate temperature, light, and cleanliness standards in the pharmacy with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.

Skill Requirements:

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and updating systems
  • Filling requisitions accurately and promptly delivering dispensed goods
  • Monitoring temperatures and tracking all stock movements
  • Recording and tracking fast-moving, slow-moving, short-expiry, expired, or damaged items

Additional tasks may be assigned by the Pharmacist, Assistant Manager, or Manager of Pharmacy Services.
