Job Title: Quality Management Systems Lead

Yunus Textile Mills Limited is a leading textile manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality management systems across all departments and processes within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality System Development: Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems aligned with industry standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction through the application of quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality principles, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Customer Focus: Act as a primary point of contact for quality-related issues, complaints, and feedback from customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management highlighting quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks throughout the product lifecycle. Implement risk management techniques to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate quality-related issues that may impact product quality, safety, or compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, R&D, and logistics to address quality-related challenges, drive quality improvements, and ensure seamless integration of quality processes across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 06 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a textile manufacturing environment.
