Tech Account Specialist

Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our product.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and concerns.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs, feedback, and feature requests to internal teams.
    • Provide training sessions and educational resources to ensure customers understand how to use our product effectively.
    • Anticipate and address customer issues or concerns before they escalate, offering proactive support and assistance.
    • Monitor key metrics and indicators to assess customer health and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all touch points.

About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Tech Account Specialist located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and experience in customer service and account management.
