Account Service Coordinator Position Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Service Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Regional Manager and wider Business Development team
  • Ensuring seamless customer service and operational excellence
  • Providing support for client presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials
  • Assisting with onboarding new customers, including coordinating account setup and providing training materials
  • Supporting clients with technical troubleshooting and escalating issues to the relevant teams
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and managing order details
  • Completing market researches
  • Updating and maintaining the central CRM system

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) and Shahmukhi. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a software technology or textile/apparel-related industry.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South India
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
