We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to fulfill our customer service needs.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our organization and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
