About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development within the software or IT industry, with expertise in using tools such as Sales Navigator, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for lead generation and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies using different platforms to engage potential clients, build trust, and secure software development projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, development, and project management) to ensure alignment on client expectations and project delivery.
  • Stay updated with global market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the software or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions.
  • Expertise in using Sales Navigator, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools for lead generation and networking.
  • Experience in B2B tech sales.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing international clients and global projects using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tracking systems.
