Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrative professional to provide seamless coordination, communication, and control of all administrative support services.

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative activities by providing pro-active support to all functions and adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement all administrative policies and facilitate day-to-day administrative activities such as security and safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing budget forecasts and controls.
  • Maintain staff leaves and attendance records. Coordinate with HR and Accounts for salary data and other HR issues.
  • Supervise the purchase of stationery items, kitchen items, and other local purchases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
