Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial accountant with expertise in ecommerce private label operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger entries for all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and track expenses related to ecommerce private label operations, verifying accuracy and allocating costs appropriately.
  • Subscription Calculations: Calculate and manage subscriptions paid by the company, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Profit and Loss Statements: Prepare and maintain detailed profit and loss statements, providing regular reports to management for performance evaluation.
  • Ecommerce Platform Expertise: Utilize proficiency in Shopify to manage financial transactions, inventory, and sales data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Use accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks to record and reconcile financial transactions efficiently.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records and reports, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, summarizing key financial information for decision-making purposes.
