Project Delivery Professional">

We are seeking a Project Delivery Professional to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time position based in our regional office, and working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST.

The successful candidate will be directly involved in the tendering and project support process, including cost estimation, preparation of pricing schedules, document management, proposal writing, and supplier coordination. They will work closely with our Sydney-based engineering team and gain hands-on experience across the full tender and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse tender documents, RFT packages, and project requirements to conduct detailed estimation processes.
  • Lead the cost estimation process, perform detailed quantity take-offs, pricing schedules, clarification handling, and final submission.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals aligned with client expectations.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and support procurement negotiations.
  • Identify project risks and propose cost-effective, value-engineered alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support internal systems.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (CGPA above 3.0).
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Word).
  • Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with estimation tools such as Bluebeam is an advantage.
