Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverage your established network of decision-makers across global markets to identify and secure high-value clients.
- Initiate introductions to large institutional clients and facilitate discussions that lead to fruitful partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the team to create targeted campaigns aimed at generating leads in specific regions or industries.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term growth and mutual benefit.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their pain points and offering tailored solutions to drive success.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding by working closely with internal teams, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business development or a similar client-facing role, with a strong focus on lead generation and relationship building.
- A well-established network of connections on LinkedIn with large institutional organizations across global markets, particularly in the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Demonstrated success in securing high-value clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of diverse business cultures and the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation software.
