Our team is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our billing operations department. This role involves managing and directing a high-performing team of billing specialists to achieve exceptional results.

Billing Operations Management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline billing processes, ensuring seamless processing and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Oversee the management of invoices (~100k/month), focusing on accuracy and efficiency across all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage customer payment extension requests, providing fair and business-aligned resolutions.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of billing specialists to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement development plans to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture that promotes knowledge sharing and skill development.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and report on key billing and customer support metrics (e.g., invoice accuracy rate, ticket resolution time).
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for process improvement to optimize billing operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in billing operations, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within an operational or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
