RCM Manager

We are looking for an experienced RCM Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. medical billing, proven leadership skills, and the ability to oversee the complete billing cycle from claim submission to payment posting and denial management. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring clean claims, maximizing revenue, and maintaining strong communication with U.S. healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Manage and mentor billing and A/R teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure accurate claim submissions, timely payments, and minimal denials.
- Analyze and implement denial prevention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for providers and clients.
- Prepare regular reports and performance reviews for management.
- Minimum 5+ years of U.S. medical billing & RCM experience.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, payer guidelines, and clearinghouses.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work onsite during night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PKT).
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
