We seek an experienced Sales Executive to contribute to our sales team's success. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to engage potential clients and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
2. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
3. Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
5. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
