Veeva Expert Solutions Architect

Experienced professionals are sought to assume the role of Veeva Technical Architect. In this position, you'll utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to assist clients in streamlining their commercial content management and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities will include partnering with clients and IBM account teams to understand mission objectives, business processes, and technology needs.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions and workshops to validate client requirements and solution designs.
- Architect and implement Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions that align with regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11) and best practices.
- Manage the full promotional material lifecycle, including submission intake, MLR/PRC review processes, approvals, expirations, and renewals.
- Design and build integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Configure lifecycles, workflows, security roles, metadata models, and document types across multiple Vault environments.
- Develop technical roadmaps, evaluate new Vault releases, and lead feature adoption strategies.
- Ensure document and data migrations are executed efficiently, maintaining parity across SBX, Test, and Production environments.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to communicate solution value to client stakeholders.
