Job Title: Frontend Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert to fill this crucial role.

About the Role:
  • This position requires an experienced professional with 7+ years of software development experience and at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with React.js, including state management, hooks, and component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in PHP and experience working with backend APIs is essential.
  • A solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles is necessary.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
  2. Architect, design, and optimize scalable frontend solutions using React.js.
  3. Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations, leveraging PHP expertise where necessary.
  4. Drive performance optimizations, improving load times, rendering efficiency, and overall application responsiveness.
  5. Implement best practices for frontend development, code quality, and maintainability.
  6. Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering standards.
  7. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to enhance user experiences.
  8. Ensure high availability and scalability of frontend systems.
  9. Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion engineering excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is also beneficial.
