Data Analysis Expert: A New Frontier

We're seeking a highly skilled Consultant Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Cognos systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining sound knowledge of Cognos tools, including older versions.
  • Handling Cognos licensing and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collecting and analyzing performance metrics, developing reports, and scheduling jobs.
  • Designing backup and restore policies in collaboration with application teams.
  • Setting up disaster recovery procedures and creating best practice documentation.
  • Engaging in proactive problem management and coordinating with support groups.
  • Upgrading existing environments to recommended versions.

You'll also troubleshoot issues, resolve complex tickets, and provide resolutions.
