About the Role:
  • Provide phone and email support to troubleshoot user queries.
  • Makes product enhancement recommendations to improve the product.
  • Deliver training to customers, either online or in-person.
  • Responsible for quality control/bug testing of new releases.
  • Update knowledgebase cases and release notes.
  • Update the user manual.
  • Support product development through research and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
  • Excellent writing and typing skills.
  • Able to excel in solving technical problems.
  • Stable internet access and a computer are required.
