What will you be doing?
  • Acting as a mentor and guide, providing career advice to potential learners.
  • Counseling learning prospects, offering guidance on how our programs can accelerate their career.
  • Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of our programs.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing feedback on the quality of leads to the respective team.
  • Meeting weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Being highly dedicated, hardworking, and determined individuals who can build rapport with prospects.
  • Holding reliable and trustworthy qualities, with a strong sense of empathy and patience.
  • Applying a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
  • Having a sales mindset to effectively communicate our offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Possessing sales experience in the EdTech domain, which is an additional advantage.

Languages Known:
  • Native speaker of Bengali.
  • Proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Work Location & Working Days:
  • Currently working from home and flexible to come to the office when required.
  • 6-day working week.
