Job Summary

As a seasoned Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end project execution across all services pillars to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve defined objectives.
  • Risk & Blocker Management: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, escalate issues, and implement effective resolutions to ensure project continuity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication with internal teams, leadership, and clients.
  • Process Optimization: Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and project health metrics to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in technology-focused environments.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
