Account Management and Sales Executive

This senior sales representative position at IBEX Dynamics PVT(LTD) involves developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and other means
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Candidate must have completed matriculation and intermediate education
- Graduates and Masters candidates with good experience will also be preferred
- Candidates with 1 year experience in customer care services will be highly recommended
- Candidate must know how to handle clients on call or through text messages
- Candidates with 1 year call center experience will also be recommended
- Candidate must have a good command of MS Excel / MS Office
- Candidate must have good teamwork ability to handle different tasks assigned by the team leader or team head
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- Candidate must possess good sales skills
- Candidate must be proficient in linguistic languages, with a preference for English
- Candidate must maintain a good attitude with co-workers
- Candidate must have a good sense of humor to understand the rules of the market
