We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at GoSaaS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our long-term vision.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Run email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads and utilize your keen eye for market trends to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics that drive results and exceed targets.
  3. Cold Calling and Emailing: Conduct warm/cold calling and emailing activities to set up appointments and engage with potential clients.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system and provide regular forecasts to management.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in North America Market: Proven track record of working with North America-based clients and teams is essential for this role.
  2. Outbound Lead Generation Expertise: Experience running email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads is crucial.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  4. CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is necessary to manage sales activities and track progress.
