Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our e-commerce operations and supply chain management. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of our dropshipping and third-party logistics (3PL) services, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing layout and streamlining workflows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
