We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to support the project in Faisalabad.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Manage air and sea freight shipments for project materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and creating value for the project.">
  • Prepare and manage all shipping, import/export, and customs documentation accurately and on time.">
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure seamless shipment handling.">
  • Track and monitor all shipments, proactively resolving any delays or operational issues.">
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.">
  • Develop and optimize logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.">
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and project teams to align shipment schedules with project requirements.">
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular shipment status updates to relevant stakeholders.">
  • Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations.">
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project performance and value creation.">
">Qualifications & Skills:">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.">
  • 3–5 years' proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.">
  • Strong knowledge of air/sea freight operations, customs clearance, and shipping processes.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.">
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu/Punjabi is an advantage.">
