Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, energetic, and proactive Assistant ManagerPlanning & Supply Chain to join our dynamic Supply Chain department.The role involves overseeing and improving supply chain operations,coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring efficientprocurement, production, and delivery processes.

Education: Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA),Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cost estimation for materials,equipment, and production processes.
  • Oversee procurement activities and monitorproduction equipment efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams toensure seamless production schedules and timely deliveries.
  • Lead efforts to resolve customer and supplierissues related to product specifications.
  • Continuously review and enhance supply chainsystems, processes, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong workingrelationships with local and international suppliers/vendors.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and make sounddecisions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking alongwith strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in supply chain planning,forecasting, and coordination.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurementof raw materials and equipment.
  • Competency in managing logistics, deliveryschedules, and inventory control.
  • Experience in handling returns and managingreverse logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and supplychain management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, andnegotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt tochanging business needs.
