Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the demand planning process within our supply chain, providing best practices and documentation. The role involves training, coaching, and capability building for regional teams, as well as onboarding new resources. Key responsibilities include assessing processes for improvement opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, and conducting site visits to ensure process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global supply strategy
  • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Develop innovative distribution methods
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, with in-depth knowledge of planning processes in the FMCG industry or similar. A good understanding of planning/forecasting systems is essential, as is strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning
  • In-depth knowledge of planning processes in FMCG industry or similar
  • Good understanding of the planning/forecasting system (Kinaxis, SAP APO, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for development
