As a pivotal leader in our organization, the Human Resources Manager plays a key role in guiding and directing routine functions of the HR department. Key responsibilities include hiring, interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, as well as enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Oversees daily workflow operations within the department to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations to support employee growth and development.
  • Handles employee discipline and termination in accordance with established protocols.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a resource for HR generalists, management, and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues; administers routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Maintains the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
  • Analyzes compensation and benefits trends; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develops learning and development programs to provide internal opportunities for employee growth and advancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build strong relationships and resolve disputes.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues and challenges.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum three years of human resource management experience is preferred, with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
