As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and expansion for our organization. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our international clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and Canada markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other digital platforms to identify high-quality B2B leads.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft persuasive proposals, draft emails, and submit bids for new projects via Upwork and other online bidding platforms, ensuring all proposals meet client needs and are submitted within budget and on time.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Engage with clients through video/audio calls, emails, and messaging, building strong relationships by addressing their digital needs and providing exceptional service.
- Project Estimation & Solutions: Analyze client requirements and provide accurate project pricing and solutions based on scope.
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Drive new client acquisition through effective pitching, negotiations, and timely follow-ups, leveraging Seamless AI and other lead generation tools to identify and connect with decision-makers.
- Online Bidding Management: Set up and manage Upwork profiles, optimizing for success in winning bids and long-term client relationships.
- B2B Lead Generation: Implement strategies for generating B2B leads using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless AI to build targeted prospect lists.
- Follow-ups & Negotiations: Consistently follow up with prospective clients, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Proficient in using LinkedIn to prospect, research, and connect with potential clients.
- Apollo: Skilled in using Apollo for lead generation, data enrichment, and outreach strategies.
- Seamless AI: Experience using Seamless AI for gathering accurate contact information and improving lead conversion.
- Upwork Bidding: Familiar with submitting successful bids and proposals on Upwork to secure new clients and projects.
- B2B Lead Generation: Knowledge of strategies for generating high-quality B2B leads through digital channels and CRM tools.
- Proposal Writing: Strong ability to write professional and engaging proposals that align with client expectations.
- Sales Automation Tools: Familiarity with sales automation and CRM tools to streamline prospecting and client communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Ability to effectively pitch, negotiate, and close deals with international clients.
