As a key player in our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Human Resource Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch solutions and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the right hiring processes are in place.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to align employee output with company objectives.
  • Offer guidance on managing underperformance and employee development plans to promote growth and success.
  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
  • Organize workshops and learning sessions, fostering continuous development and improvement.
  • Act as a mediator between management and employees to resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive work culture.
  • Advise on company policies, employee engagement, and work culture initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze industry trends and advise management on best practices and HR innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and provide counsel on HR legal matters to protect the company's interests.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  5. Ability to analyze data and use HR metrics to drive decisions, promoting data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
