Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition & HR Officer will play a dual role: managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and supporting general HR operations such as employee data management, onboarding documentation, and HR administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with the Head of HR and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruitment process including job screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and update employee records, both new hires and existing staff, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation, employee files, and departmental placement.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations in coordination with management.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Handle coordination for training, employee engagement activities, and orientation sessions.
  • Contribute to process improvement in HR operations and documentation practices.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the department

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment (retail, electronics, or FMCG sector experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee data handling, and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
