About the Role

Snowwhite Lavation Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expansion within a designated territory.

The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product launches, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities and threats.
  5. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
