Network Engineer for Large Scale Network Design

In this challenging role, you will design, implement and maintain a massive network infrastructure that supports hundreds of thousands of customers. Our networks require high scalability and stability to provide the best experience for our users. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop network-related tools and systems
  • Collaborate with software engineers to develop and maintain our network automation and monitoring platform SDN solution and integration
  • Contribute to open source projects related to network engineering and platform development
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
  • Develop and maintain network automation solutions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of network engineering and experience working with vendors like Juniper, Cisco or Arista
  • Demonstrated ability in at least one programming language: Go, Python
  • Expertise in Linux
  • Experience with CI/CD, containers, virtualization, web servers, databases
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Salt preferred)
  • Good understanding of version control tools like Git and multi-branch development

Technology Stack:
  • Programming languages: Python, Go, Bash
  • Tools: Salt, Ansible, NAPALM, NetBox, Kubernetes
  • Technologies and standards: IPFIX, OpenConfig, NETCONF
