Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at 7 Sky Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd.
About the Role:This role is responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand our business by engaging with B2B Agents and increasing student applications to international universities and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and attract high-performing B2B Agents who can engage students in applying to international educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Agents, ensuring they are motivated and well-equipped to promote our services to students.
- Proactively generate leads and establish new business partnerships within the education sector.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities, following up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Agent Relationship Management:
- Identify potential B2B agents in target regions and engage them to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide agents with training and marketing support on our services and products, ensuring they understand our value proposition and can effectively communicate this to students.
- Negotiate and close partnerships with agents, ensuring that both parties meet performance expectations and business goals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Set and track performance goals and KPIs, including the number of student applications submitted through B2B Agents.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and materials that attract new agents and increase engagement.
- Drive the conversion of leads into formalized partnerships, contributing to overall business growth and revenue generation.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, B2B agent engagement, and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management for improving the business development strategy and agent support mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, ideally within the education sector or educational consultancy.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging and managing B2B Agents, particularly in the context of student recruitment and applications.
- Strong understanding of the global education industry and the challenges faced by students applying for overseas education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing B2B deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Competitive salary: PKR 150,000 - 250,000 per month.
