Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Reception Manager to join our team, responsible for managing document control, general office administration, and logistical support. The successful candidate will be a key member of our General Administration team, ensuring a conducive working environment that supports operational success and team productivity.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Greeting and attending to official guests, ensuring a positive welcome and maintaining their visitor database accurately.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive record of all incoming and outgoing visitors.
  • Managing the receipt and dispatch of office couriers and parcels, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Supervising the janitorial staff to maintain a high standard of office cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have prior work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or in a similar client-facing role. You should also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient English communication skills, and the ability to foster positive employee relations and interact professionally with visitors.
