The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-organized.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, including greeting and welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Responding to inquiries and addressing complaints in a professional and courteous way.
  • Handling incoming calls and redirecting them or taking messages as needed.
  • Receiving and distributing letters, packages, and other mail items.
  • Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and files.
