Job Title: Contract Administrator

Description:

This role is responsible for administering contracts and related procurement functions to ensure smooth execution. The primary responsibilities include managing contractual matters, claims, disputes, legal issues, technical evaluations, and negotiations with contractors or suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various contracts to guarantee their successful implementation.
  • Manage contractual affairs including claims, disputes, insurance, guarantees, securities, and other associated matters.
  • Handle disputes with local authorities or parties in a professional manner.
  • Evaluate proposals from tenders based on technical and commercial aspects.
  • Negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Award contracts to suitable contractors or suppliers.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and meetings as required.
  • Evaluate the performance of contractors/vendors and negotiate changes while protecting company interests.
  • Oversee daily contract activities related to the project.

Requirements:

  1. University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or development.
  2. Alternatively, a high school diploma with extensive relevant work experience.
