We are seeking a skilled and talented Receptionist/Accountant to undertake various day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate office administration operations and procedures.
- Manage front office/reception area operations.
- Oversee and direct administration staff.
- Respond to client requests and manage correspondence.
- Maintain the upkeep of the premises.
- Interact with clients and customers.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform accounting duties.
Requirements/Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
