Key Responsibilities of a Female Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and manage meeting rooms effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and copying services.
  • C-coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements for the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is beneficial.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for this position.
  • Customer service attitude and a team-player mindset are essential qualities.
