This is a unique opportunity to leverage the power of AI and data insights to drive business growth, customer retention, and expansion. As an Account Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-backed customer success plans that deliver real outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry and previous experience working with GenAI tools. They will be able to lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, identify and execute AI-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and proactively address customer needs through personalized interactions and upselling opportunities.
This is not a traditional CS role where you'll juggle multiple accounts or send polite nudges hoping someone reads them. You'll own a portfolio of high-value customers and use AI insights to run C-level strategy sessions, predictive churn interventions, and well-timed expansion plays backed by cold, hard data.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-backed customer success plans that drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Identify and execute AI-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities to impact account revenue and customer lifetime value.
- A minimum of 5 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry.
- Previous experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard).

Working ArrangementsThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
