Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

This is a dynamic role for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping individuals navigate the complexities of healthcare.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills, excellent listening abilities, and a keen sense of empathy to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Makes outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and Final Expense programs.
  • Provides accurate and clear information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
  • Mainstreams professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
  • Documents interactions and updates client information accurately in our system.
  • Meets daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Collaborates with team members to share best practices and improve performance.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in comprehensive training to enhance their product knowledge and communication skills.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
  • Good listening skills to understand and address client needs.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset but not necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and client management.
