Job Description:

As a Contact Center Representative, you will engage with potential clients to verify their information and facilitate the enrollment process for Medicare and Final Expense programs. This role offers a competitive salary along with daily and weekly incentives based on performance and punctuality.


The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and Final Expense programs.
  • Providing clear and accurate information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
  • Maintaining professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
  • Documenting interactions and updating client information accurately in our system.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
  • Participating in training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Good listening skills to understand and address client needs.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and client management.
