
Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

As a Contact Center Representative, you will engage with potential clients to verify their information and facilitate the enrollment process for Medicare and Final Expense programs. This role offers a competitive salary along with daily and weekly incentives based on performance and punctuality.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and Final Expense programs.
- Providing clear and accurate information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
- Maintaining professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
- Documenting interactions and updating client information accurately in our system.
- Meeting daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
- Participating in training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Good listening skills to understand and address client needs.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and client management.
