Design and Implement Specialist Control Systems

As a specialist control systems engineer, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects, advancing process automation solutions across diverse industries. You will leverage expertise in integrated control systems, SCADA virtualization, wellhead automation, and telecommunication to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement hardware for specialized control systems, including DCS, SIS, and FGS, with a focus on Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell systems.
  • Provide expertise in wellhead facilities, including wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems. Experience in these areas is a significant advantage.
  • Ensure adherence to major industrial standards and apply a conceptual understanding of these standards throughout project phases.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of major instrumentation used in the industry, including clarity on working principles and system functionality.
  • Analyze and interpret customer specifications, including FRs, P&IDs, C&Es, drawings, narratives, and philosophies to gather necessary project information.
  • Perform system testing and FAT for control systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in industrial automation & controls in Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, & Honeywell Systems. Foxboro System will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in hardware design for specialized control systems, including DCS, SIS, and FGS.
  • Expertise in working with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell systems.
  • Experience with wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial standards, instrumentation, and control system principles.
  • Experience with system testing, FAT, and site work, including commissioning and startup.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and discuss technical information.
