Project Director Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Director to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural engineering as it relates to project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Word, and Excel.

  • Key responsibilities include active take offs, reading specifications, and supervision of a draftsman responsible for making detail drawings. Project coordination and scheduling are also essential duties.
  • The successful candidate must have exceptional project management skills, including the ability to work from home initially with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position that requires working from home initially. The company has a minimum 8-hour day, excluding lunch break, and working hours start at 6:00 PM Pakistan time.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project schedules and ensuring timely completion.
  • Supervising draftsmen and overseeing the preparation of detail drawings.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing project resources and budgeting.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
