Improve Scalability and Performance

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is focused on infrastructure development and requires a strong understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance scalability, performance, and reliability by leveraging expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Implement robust security measures to protect infrastructure and customer data.

  • Identify areas for optimization using monitoring tools and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters in a production environment.

  • 5+ years of software development experience in Python/Golang.

  • Strong experience with at least one Continuous Integration system.

  • Automation/Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or similar.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

  • Experience in managing and scaling distributed systems in one of the three major cloud providers.

  • Understanding of the Linux Operating System and standard networking protocols.

  • Experience with deploying, supporting, and monitoring new and existing services.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with scale testing, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

  • Experience in Service Mesh like Istio/Envoy etc.

  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow.

  • Experience with Openshift and the Red Hat marketplace.

  • Experience with the Prometheus/Grafana and ELK stacks.
