Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead our employee training initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR, Education, or Psychology who are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with our organization's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify key areas of improvement and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Utilize LMS tools to track, record, and analyze training participation and completion data, providing actionable insights for future development.
  • Develop compelling training content, manuals, and digital materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training feedback analysis, identifying areas for refinement and growth.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a training or development capacity.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
Work Arrangements:

Full-time position based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
