Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimize their operations and achieve strategic objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify areas of improvement and develop customized solutions.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis and gap assessments to inform process improvements.
  • Designing and implementing effective policies, processes, and procedures aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Streamlining processes to optimize efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance operational performance.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on policy and procedure changes.
  • Conducting regular reviews and updates of policies, processes, and procedures to maintain relevancy and alignment with changing business needs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to clients in the implementation and adoption of new policies and procedures.
  • Crafting detailed proposals based on research findings, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Engaging with clients to refine proposals and align with their strategic goals.
  • Drafting detailed reports on research outcomes and proposed solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a consulting role with a strong focus on research and proposal development.
  • Prior experience in finance (FI) or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is essential.
  • Experience with flowchart software tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, etc.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
