Job Description: As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients to identify growth opportunities, understand their businesses, and align customer pain points with our solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to develop tailored product demos for unique customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities and drive revenue retention.
- Manage contract renewals and minimize churn to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, effective communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and overcoming objections.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team environment.
