Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the production team in creating high-quality pastry and cake products.
  2. Develop and execute innovative pastry and cake recipes that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  3. Oversee daily bakery operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and quality control.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
  5. Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the bakery's standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Baking Chef in a professional setting.
  2. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  3. Strong creative skills and the ability to develop unique and appealing products.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  8. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
